Do I have to stay overnight?

No — you can choose either a two‑night retreat stay in our fully furnished bell tents or join us for a one‑day retreat. Both options include all activities, food, and access to the flower farm.

Who can attend?

Our retreats are open to all adults aged 18. Everyone is welcome to join the calm, supportive space we create here on the flower farm.

What’s included in the two‑night stay?

Your stay includes a beautifully furnished bell tent, all retreat activities, evening fire‑pit time, and full access to the flower farm throughout the weekend.

What’s included in the day retreat?

Day retreats include all scheduled activities, workshops, lunch, refreshments, and access to the flower farm and bell tents during the day.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just comfortable clothing, a warm layer for the evening, and anything you like for your own comfort. We provide everything else — from blankets to flower‑picking baskets.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. Many guests come solo and leave with new friends. Our retreats are designed to feel warm, welcoming, and easy.

Is food included?

Yes. All retreats include nourishing, seasonal meals and refreshments — except Glow & Flow, which is a juicing‑only reset with fresh, cold‑pressed juices served throughout the day. Please let us know any dietary needs when booking so we can support you.

What if the weather is bad?

We run retreats rain or shine. Bell tents, covered spaces, and indoor workshop areas keep everything cosy and comfortable.

Can I book a shared tent?

Yes — but shared tents must be booked as two tickets at the same time, as the tent is reserved per pair.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change.

• Day Retreats: Cancellations made 14+ days before the retreat receive a full refund or free date transfer.

• Two‑Night Stays: Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival receive a full refund or free date transfer.

• If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to gift your place to a friend at any time. Us let us know.

Blooming Downs is set on a micro flower farm in the South Downs National Park, surrounded by open skies, wildflowers, and peaceful countryside.
